Who We Are

Bahast is developed by FC TECH LABS, LLC, doing business as FC Tech Labs. This notice explains how we handle information connected to this website, alpha access requests, support messages, and closed alpha testing.

Information You Choose To Send

We may receive your name, email address, Discord handle, Steam-related tester information, message contents, screenshots, videos, survey responses, bug reports, feedback, or other details when you contact us, request alpha access, join a private test, or submit support information.

Diagnostics And Save Files

During closed alpha testing, we may ask you to manually send diagnostic files, save files, crash details, device information, Windows version, GPU information, build version, reproduction steps, screenshots, or short videos when they are needed to investigate crashes, save loss, startup failures, progression blockers, or visual issues.

Bahast's current alpha support posture is manual reporting. The game should not automatically upload diagnostics, crash reports, broad behavioral analytics, or background telemetry unless a later build clearly tells you that behavior has changed.

Website Data

The website may generate ordinary hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referrer, and timestamp. We do not currently use third-party analytics SDKs on this static site.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to messages, manage alpha access, provide support, investigate bugs, improve Bahast, protect the playtest, enforce playtest rules, and prepare the game for release.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate email, hosting, private community, support, distribution, or development workflows, or when required for legal, security, platform, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for alpha operations, support, development, security, legal records, or release preparation. Tester-submitted diagnostic files and save files should be treated as temporary support materials unless they are needed to investigate an ongoing issue.

Children

Bahast alpha testing is not intended for children. Do not request access or submit information if you are not old enough to participate under the applicable playtest instructions and local law.
