Who We Are

Bahast is developed by FC TECH LABS, LLC, doing business as FC Tech Labs. This notice explains how we handle information connected to this website, the Steam release, community interactions, and support messages.

Information You Choose To Send

We may receive your name, email address, Discord handle, Steam-related account or support information, message contents, screenshots, videos, survey responses, bug reports, feedback, or other details when you contact us, join the community, or submit support information.

Diagnostics And Save Files

When you request support, we may ask you to manually send diagnostic files, save files, crash details, device information, Windows version, GPU information, build version, reproduction steps, screenshots, or short videos when they are needed to investigate crashes, save loss, startup failures, progression blockers, or visual issues.

Bahast currently relies on manual diagnostic reporting. The game does not automatically upload diagnostics, crash reports, broad behavioral analytics, or background telemetry unless the game or an updated notice clearly tells you that behavior has changed.

Website Data

The website may generate ordinary hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referrer, and timestamp. If you allow analytics, we also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the site. Google may receive information such as the requested page, referrer, browser and device details, and approximate location derived from network information, and may use cookies or similar browser storage for this purpose.

Google Analytics remains off unless you select “Allow analytics.” We use Google's basic Consent Mode v2 with analytics, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied by default. If you allow analytics, only analytics storage is granted; the advertising settings remain denied. We store your choice in your browser. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to messages, provide support, investigate bugs, understand website usage, improve Bahast, protect our services, enforce applicable rules, and operate the game and community.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, including Google when analytics is allowed, that help operate analytics, email, hosting, private community, support, distribution, or development workflows, or when required for legal, security, platform, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for game operations, support, development, security, or legal records. Player-submitted diagnostic files and save files are treated as temporary support materials unless they are needed to investigate an ongoing issue.

Children

Bahast and its online services are not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. Do not submit personal information if you are not old enough to use the relevant service.
