Talrith, the Storm-Eater
Prepare for the Thunder-Split Canals and survive Talrith's Living Circuit.
### Where to find Talrith
- Complete The Thunder-Split Canals at Monster Level 75 or higher. Your first successful completion guarantees Stormglass Fang; after you have established access to Talrith, later clears have a 5% chance to award another. - Stormglass Fang goes to Inventory. If Inventory is full, it goes to Boss Keys. If both are full, it stays in the Writ rewards until you make room. - Once you own the key, The Glasscoil Basin appears on the South Point map.
### Entry and survival
- Using the key starts a challenge with eight attempts. Entering the arena uses one, so seven remain after your first entry. Each later entry uses another attempt. - The challenge ends when you defeat Talrith or spend the eighth attempt. Dying, returning to Bahast, closing the game, or being interrupted after entering still uses that attempt. - Talrith deals Lightning and Physical damage, has moderate Evasion and low Armor, and fights alone. Prepare Lightning Resistance with useful overcap, Spell Block, recovery, Barrier, and enough Accuracy.
### The Living Circuit
- Unblocked direct Lightning hits from Forked Bolt, Coilbreaker, and Stormlash apply at most one Conductive per complete skill. Each stack removes 2 percentage points of Lightning Resistance. Spell Blocking the special prevents its stack. - Storm-Eater's Due consumes every Conductive stack for a heavier Lightning spell hit, then gives Talrith a Spent Current recovery window. The stacks clear even when the discharge is Spell Blocked. Visible effects and localized captions warn every special one second before it resolves, so muted audio remains playable. - At 50% Life, Stormskin Molt raises the Conductive cap and accelerates the cycle. At 20%, The Storm Uncoiled lowers Talrith's Evasion but makes the final phase faster.
### Rewards
- Each victory gives three or four equipment rewards and one Stormheart Fragment. Talrith's Uniques are Storm-Eater's Fang, Stormglass Molt, and Grounding Coil. All other equipment rewards are item-level-105 God-Touched items, with a 70% chance to favor Kolvar. - The fragment goes to Inventory, then Boss Keys if Inventory is full. If neither has room, it stays in the boss rewards until you can claim it. It is not one of the twelve Shards of Rhistel; Talrith's former Shard and the Red Knife Admiral do not appear in this encounter.
